The Footy Force U13 Futsal Invitational kicked off at the Warwick Academy Gym on April 10th with three exciting matches being played.

Both teams were evenly matched as the score remained close throughout the game. However, it was Footy Force that went slightly ahead to clinch the win.

Bermuda’s Brazilian Football School [BBFS] 3 vs Footy Force Green 12
Colin Zuill lead the Footy Force team to a stylish win over BBFS with 5 goals. The tournament host was pressured well by BBFS in the first half. In the second half, Footy Force dominated the game with goals from Diego Richardson and Jeneico Sealey scored twice with a goal each from Elijah Lloyd, Kenfari Swan and Nasje Brockington. Reese Jones scored two goals and Sincere Hall scored another for BBFS.

North Village Community Club [NVCC] 8 vs Sidekick Soccer Academy 10
The game of the evening saw NVCC compete against Sidekick Soccer Academy from Boston, MA. It was a thrilling game with a total of 18 goals. NVCC went in front first but Sidekick made a comeback. Sean Levesque from Sidekick was brilliant for his team by scoring 6 goals on the night. While Malte Steines and Patrick Leal scored twice to add to the tally. Kayin Carr scored four goals with Masiah Bean-Brown and Zanikae Hendrickson scoring twice for NVCC.

Coach Pete from Footy Force says “We are pleased to have Sidekick Academy from Boston join us for our first ever invitational tournament. Lots of hard work has gone on behind the scenes and to have it finally kick off was exciting. We believe that futsal is a great game for developing the young player and we hope that the public will be able to come out and see the quality players we have on display here.”

The Footy Force U13 Futsal Invitational continued for the second day inside the Bermuda College Gymnasium, with a total of fifty-seven goals scored.

Footy Force Green 14 Footy Force Blue 5

Footy Force Green got three goals from Colin Zuill, Nasje Brockington and Jenico Sealey, while Kenfari Swan scored twice and they got single strikes from Chiemeka Raynor, Diego Richardson and Tyrese Caines. Finding the back of the net for the Footy Force Blue was Nazuri Dailey with a hat-trick and single strikes from Dennis Zuill and Kellan Simons.

Sidekick Soccer Academy 3 Bermuda Brazilian Football School 6

Reese Jones scored four goals to lead the Bermuda’s Brazilian Football School to victory while Dione Millet and Daniel Ball added a goal each. Sidekick Soccer Academy got a goal apiece from Patrick Leal, Nico Cheriboga and Charlie Penzone.

Footy Force Blue 7 North Village Rams 11

Zanikae Hendrickson found the back of the net 6 times in the North Village Rams 11 – 7 win, Masiah Bean-Brown added a hat-trick, while Sean Adderley and Chekai Caisey scored a goal each. Footy Force Blue got 4 goals from Kilae Crockwell, while D’Hierry Zuill added a hat-trick.

Sidekick Soccer Academy 1 Footy Force Green 10

Sidekick Soccer Academy’s lone goal of the game came from Sean Levesque, while Footy Force Green got 5 goals from Colin Zuill, 4 goals from Kenfari Swan and Kristian Singh added the other.
